Do you provide all the supplies?
Yes. We provide all of the products and equipment needed to clean your home. If you prefer to provide supplies, that is also an option and can be discussed.
Are you insured?
Yes we are!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, venmo, paypal, and check. Will soon be accepting all major credit cards!
How do I go about getting an estimate?
You can contact us via email or fill a form out with your information and someone will get back to you within 48 hours.
What time does your team arrive?
We cannot guarantee an exact time of arrival because we give every home the attention it deserves and requires, we do offer arrival window for your convenience or can provide you an ETA once we are on our way.
Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?
No you can provided us with a spare key or garage code.
What if something is damaged during a service?
We treat every home and commercial property with respect. If something happens to break while providing services, we’ll do our best to repair or replace the item and notify you immediately.

Will I have the same team each time?
Yes we try our best to schedule the same team or at least one member that has been to your home before.
Can I tip the team?
Tips are never excepted but appreciated it if you would like to tip the team member you can cash is preferred.

Do you follow covid CDC guidelines?C & C cleaning services does follow all current covid guidelines. Using masks, gloves and Sanitizers as needed.

Helpful tips to get your property ready for cleaning!
- Please have all dishes out of the sink, as our cleaning services do not include washing dishes.
- Please put pets in a secure area. Some pets don't handle strangers well, it is advised to secure them in a room/crate prior to your cleaners arrival.
- Communication is key! If this is your first time with your new cleaning company or cleaner, please let them know in advance if you have any specific instructions. Remember to provide feedback as needed to your cleaning! This helps to keep track of how we are doing and ensures we provide you the best service possible.
